Depression is not a
simple thing , which you can avoid
through social gathering , it’s constant feeling of
loneliness in crowed.
You cannot defeat this feeling without proper treatment means concealing
and consoling. Most people
thing that having a strong
faith or by praying
regularly you can get rid
of this but this is not the case
Depression is not that simple
thing, it is very
complex thing that hunts your souls one can’t
get rid of those feelings until your convince to get rid of it and
your soul start healing.
Depression is a pain
which is felt by your soul ,
certain time people
get depressed due
to small reasons.
Reason behind is they
are not emotionally strong
or they lost hope ,
and don’t want to get out of it. Mostly
for other the reason of
depressed person is not big
enough, but for the
person who is suffering from it, consider it as
life ending.
There are mostly two type of depression one is where a person switch to social isolation. He start avoiding people and confined him/ herself to limited space and start thinking about negative things , once this process start person start counting things that he was not able to get in life and get more depressed . Second type of depression is when an person perform his routine task as an normal person, but there is constant feeling which effects from inside. People who suffered from this type of depression meet and greet people normally , but they have this constant feeling of complex on something which hunt there soul and the worst part is in this type of depression people surrounding a person have no idea what is depression the victim is going through . Victim consider that no one understand or people will make fun of their situation due to social norm he never dare to share.
No matter its depression type one or type two in both type depression always end in mental imbalance or suicidal thoughts and even in suicide most of the time.
The difficulty with depression is that we never seek help in it, and people who seek help for mental health we label them as An abnormal or mental ill.
In my opinion its completely normal to get depress , almost every one of us get depress on different things at different phases of life its completely normal , but we must get rid of this feeling until it start damaging our soul.

Count your blessing , start thinking positive about the things you have to neutralize the effect of negative thoughts of deprivation of things .
