Rusted Education system of Pakistan

Harsh reality behind the educational system of
Pakistan. Now a day’s promotional advertisement showing good examination
results of educational institute’s e.g.
·
Student X got 98 % in HSSC Qualification
Examination
Institution Y students scored 90 % Marks (on average) and scored position in respective educational boards
Institution Y students scored 90 % Marks (on average) and scored position in respective educational boards
On contrary it is
not the true picture; several students could not even pass the admission test
of higher educational institutes that indicates that students only got their
certificates without proper learning. This is really worrying because students
end up only collecting their certificates without learning anything as this
will end up in lack of students to face completion of practical life.
As the media
reports about the cheating in examination have set the alarming situation
ringing the bells that wake up authorities from the slumber of false
self-satisfaction of high quality education in the country.
Educational
institutes always have compelled the students to score high marks that will
always guarantee success in life.
Apparently such students are successful in a sense, but overall nation
has failed. It will keep failing until
the present educational system is reoriented or redirected towards the real
learning, not just gathering the certificates. Many book publishers contact the
educational institutes and use unfair means to select their books for
students. Mostly such books compel
students to rely on the guide books for extra help. Moreover, the text books
are changed in name of improvement on regular basis. When a new book reaches the schools, parents
as well as teachers find themselves in a sea of mess and don’t know what to do
with that stuff??? Educational system is changes as the price of dollars
changes on weekly basis. Teachers are compelled
to change their strategies to teach students as well as to device a war complement
plan that should help students to attempt questions to score high marks only.If
it is difficult to increase the number of schools and teachers.
KINDLY IT IS A REQUEST TO PAKISTAN
EDUCATION BOARD
To
improve teacher’s quality, make text books attractive, class tasking rather
than giving ample amount of home work to students and stop performing
unnecessary experiments with text books.
