Metabolism is a chemical process that occur in almost all living individual. There are some alternative words that we use for metabolism that are metabolic rate, speed of digestion. Proper metabolism is very important for all living individuals, level of metabolic rate depends on the level of physical activates age and health condition. Slow metabolic rate results in weight gain. There are few factor that slow down our metabolic rate such as heavy carbs, artificial sugar and starch rich food skipping meals. Slow metabolism means weight gain unhealthy life and disease attack. If you want to lose weight your metabolic rate should be optimum. Avoid things that slow down your metabolism

 When we start skipping our meals and calories in take is too low that automatically our   metabolism gets slow.


Normal protein consumption is very important for weight loss and proper metabolism.

 Good relaxed sleep is keep for active metabolism

 Use of artificial sugars can slow down  our metabolism, it is proved from many researches that artificial sugar leads to weight gain. This the reason that it is   most basic clause in diet plane that say no to sugar.

Not doing any workout
Certain level of activity is important for proper functioning of body. As no activity means no digestion.
The effective way to lose your weight is to boost to your metabolism and avoid unnecessary eating.  Eat what you want to eat but don’t eat   when you don’t want to.  Include green vegetable and a good portion of meat and essential vitamins these simple changes can boost your metabolism. These are the simple things that we all know but we don’t know   that how important they are and it should be done consistently

 Take green tea is always proven effective to increase metabolism
 Keep your body hydrated. simple   proper water intake gives your unexpected results. All    functions of body work in best way when our body is hydrated properly.
You can lose weight at a same time can improve your metabolic health.   Doing just 30-minute exercise
