The book Seven habits of highly effective people is based on seven habits or principles that can make a person clam, organize, peaceful positive thinker, if you follow them in a proper way. This book won best seller and is translated in many languages. Book is complete personal development plan. This book will make serious effect in your life if you take it seriously and follow the habits. The writer   explain the significance of character and personality. Stephen bases his discussion on importance of confidence, courage, sense of responsibility, integrity, honesty and ethics. Author explains how important these are for personal growth and successful life. The book is about time management and personal change.  By practicing these habits we can became a useful person.

Inside out

Author discuss the inside out of paradigm. Which means that one should work  on their inner self. The author differentiate between the character and personality. Stephens says that how more reflective the change will be if change your character instated of attitude. Stephen want to give massage that one should work on his/her thoughts and attitude toward the society and try to turn it positive. He explains importance of positive thinking and how it effects our life.  He also conveys massage that one should work on the root cause of problem instead of worrying solve the problem. the cause of the problem should be solved. Author mention that your inner believes will decide your perspective about the things. If you can overcome your inner negativity, it’s your private victory. Private victory refers to personal development and inner effective ness.

Habit 1; Pro Active:
Proactive means to design your life and decisions in a manner that it reflects positivist. Author based this chapter on pro activeness in our activities. Proactive means think positive and create positive environment. Stephen narrates that one should take complete responsibility of their decisions and its outcome.  No blame game should be played. Author base his augment on the statement that many time we are in negative state of mind will taking decisions that has negative consequences. Author further explain that the successes and failure  are totally depend on our decision so one should take responsibility of things.   Stephen   beautiful state than when you take responsibilities of your decisions than you live your live on your condition and enjoy every movement.  You’re ready to take challenges and flexible for change.

Habit 2: Begin with end in a mind:
 This habit is based on your vision or visualization of your mind, your prospective about work, religious life, social life. This principle is based on your thing that everything is first generated in your thoughts and then it comes in actual shape.  This principle explains that   proper planning can lead you to success. It’s a basic leadership skill to forecast and plan things accordingly. The leadership begins   with   interpersonal independencies. One should be always focus on tasks and   must have a personal accomplishment strategy. This chapter reflects importance of goal sitting in life. It motivates a person to set personal and professional goals and hand achieve it.

Habit 3: Put first things first;
  First habit taught us to have control on our situations and second habit convey that plane and organize things, do proper goal setting. The third habit teach us to prioritize things. It convey that divided your work on basis of your priority and then accomplish it. Set goals according to importance. Do most important task first and then do least  important things after that. This will make you more productive and  time  efficient. This chapter give view about the importance of time management. It gives an idea about the importance of management  such as relationship management  and emotion management.  Author suggested  that divide your  all task  on a grid of urgency and importance.
Time management has greater impact on our relation and its management. This chapter also convey massage that learn to say   no to people when you’re not ready to deliver things or when things are messed up or you need time.  Set your priorities and stick to it. This   will save your time money and efforts. This habit teach us effective time management skill. The habit one and two are linked and they contribute to habit three. These three habit together help a person to deal with uncertain situations of life. These habits lead a person to public victory.
Public victory:  public victory does not mean to have superiority over others, it means to influence others and make things happened through sound commination.  Public victory means that people share their view comfortably and you also feel comfortable with people.  
Habit 4: Think win / win
Win win dose not means that you have to win on every cost, it means that you have to stay ethical in every walk of life. It means one should be ethical and fair in his/her dealings in every battle of life. This habit will lead you to integrity and maturity. This habit makes us feel happy in success of others. This show us the way for real happiness. There are six paradigms of this habit those are: Win/Win, Win/lose, Lose/win, Lose/Lose, Win, Win/Win or NO deal. In win/lose there is a situation “I win you lose. Win/win promote relationships and cooperation while win/lose kills it. Lose/win situation is to give others priority not fight for your right and problems such people have lack of vision and confidence. This kind of people are controlled by others they are liked by Win/lose people for their weakness. Lose/lose personalities are those they don’t want to do anything and they don’t let you to do anything. Win situation is most fruitful for human; win people do not find their success on the expense of others failure. Win/Win or no deal it is the most realistic approach. According to it I find my own way of success no deal is better than no win/win. If there is no solution it will be a solution which help the both. This habit   help us to control our negative thought, as we are always in fear of scarcity of things so it will help us to avoid and make us feel good in others success.
Habit 5: Seek first to understand, then to be understood:
 This habit   is about our communication skills.  Empathic communication refers to interaction skill   that build over the years. It’s over the year that   a person learns and experience that where to use which word. the selection of words is very important in perception making, clear delivery of massage. Here the importance of clarity of massage is discussed

Habit 6: Synergize:
The human nature should be synergizing because universe is changing in every second isolation is not in human nature, Almighty has created human mind for learning and exploring. Do not miss any opportunity to synergy with others  be cooperative to others. Renewal is basically sum up of 6 habits and desire to renew the things learn from 6 habits, the author demand to adopt median approach to lead a balanced life to have a balanced life you should renew your potential. Stay close to nature take a rest after work sleep early and rise early you will find new ideas in your mind which will result in outcome or new desired. Every new idea brings new opportunity. Life is a progresses of spiritual and social improvements not as a result of mechanical progress, self-renewal is related to spiritual improvements.

Habit 7: Sharpen the saw:
  This habit is about learn the  habit properly and utilize it accordingly. Author also suggest to read great books author also suggest to make schedule of activities and select one of the best activities as your goal of the week. These activities keep you fit and energetic bodily and spiritually to perform better. Then you should again asses your inside out behave yourself what you want to be to become a good father you should give affection with children.
 This book is effective  for personality and  character development.
